I had a great experience with Diesel Authority. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and got the job done right the first time. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their customers. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service, I highly recommend Diesel Authority. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work.

I cannot stress this enough…. DO NOT use this shop! We took one of our trucks here for loss of power. $10k later we still had the same problem but with a new problem of a coolant leak. When they put everything back together they didn’t even put the oil dipstick back in the correct location, so it wasn’t useable. We tried giving them ample opportunity to fix their mistakes but ultimately we just gave up. It was clear they couldn’t fix the problem. They broke a bolt off so WE had to pay for new heads, but they told us that was the problem to begin with. It was not!

Nick Webb & his team did an amazing job on Rooter Pro Plumbing GA’s 450. It came back in great condition and we are so excited to have this truck in amazing shape. Would definitely recommend this shop for any truck repairs! 10/10

Highly recommended. Very helpful and explained what he did to my truck and what he recommended to be done. Didn’t try to oversell me like I’ve had other shops do to me in the past. I asked a ton of questions and answered all of them. Very professional and fair prices.
